Creator guide
What to expect from a professional OnlyFans photoshoot
More creators ask me to shoot their content every month. Most have never worked with a photographer before, so here is exactly how a session runs, from the first message to the files landing in your inbox.
Why creators hire a photographer at all
Phone selfies built most OnlyFans pages, and they still have a place. But once your page grows, your fans start to notice when every photo has the same angle, the same bedroom and the same lamp. Professional sets lift your teaser images, give your paid messages a reason to be opened, and make your promo posts stand out on Instagram and X.
The other reason is time. One planned session can cover a month of posting, which leaves you free to do the part that actually earns: talking to your fans.
Before the shoot: planning
This is where the money is made. Before we book anything, I want to know:
- Which platforms you post on and what sells best for you
- Whether you show your face, or need faceless content
- Your tiers, bundles or price points for paid messages
- Two or three accounts whose look you like
From that I put together a shot list: which looks, which sets for teasers, which for paid content, which crops for safe for work promo. You approve it before the day.
Picking the location
I don't have a studio. I come to you, which is better for content anyway. A hotel suite gives you five backdrops in one room. Your own place keeps your feed consistent with what fans already know. An outdoor spot gives you golden hour sets nobody else in your niche has. Read more about hotel shoots and shooting at home.
On the day
Photo ID first, for everyone in front of the camera, and a signed release that says you own the right to post and sell your images. Then music on and we start easy, usually in something comfortable, so you can warm up. Most people are nervous for about ten minutes. Then they forget the camera is there.
I direct every pose and show you frames on the back of the camera as we go. If something doesn't feel right, we change it. You set the pace and the limits, always.
Privacy is part of the job
Nothing from your session goes on my website or socials unless you say yes in writing. Invoices can carry your stage name. Galleries are password protected and expire. If you want your files deleted after delivery, they're deleted. Full details are on the privacy and consent page.
After the shoot: delivery
You get a private gallery of edited images, colour graded and retouched with a light hand, cropped for every platform you use. If you booked video, you get a 1 minute HD edit plus a vertical version for Reels and stories.
How to get the most out of one session
- Bring three to five looks, not ten. Fewer looks means more sets per look.
- Plan your teasers first. They sell everything else.
- Add video if you can. Clips convert better than stills for many creators.
- Book your next session before you run out of content, not after.

Quick answers
Do I need modelling experience for an OnlyFans shoot?
No. Most creators I shoot have never done a professional session. I direct every pose.
Can someone else join my shoot?
Yes, collab content is welcome. Everyone on set shows photo ID and signs their own release first.
Who owns the photos?
You get a full licence to post and sell your images on your own platforms, written into the release before the shoot.
