Booking terms
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is non refundable. The balance is due on or before the day of your shoot.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, once, with at least 7 days notice. Your deposit moves to the new date, which needs to be within 3 months. Less than 7 days notice, or not turning up, counts as a cancellation and the deposit is kept.
What if I'm sick, or the weather turns?
Tell me as early as you can. Genuine illness, or bad weather for an outdoor shoot, gets one free reschedule even inside the 7 days.
What if you have to cancel?
You get a full refund, deposit included, or a new date if you prefer.
When do I get my photos?
Within 2 weeks of the shoot, in a private gallery that stays open for 2 weeks. Download everything before it closes.
Who pays for the hotel or venue?
You book and pay for the room, Airbnb or venue, so it is in your name and you control access. I'm happy to suggest places that photograph well.
Is hair and makeup included?
No. I can recommend mobile hair and makeup artists in Brisbane and most capital cities.
Can I pay in another currency?
International quotes are in AUD, or in your currency on request.
